2. Nature of Our Products

Our products consist of freshly prepared food and beverages. Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns in the traditional sense are not possible. In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and the European Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly.

3. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products delivered to you will be:

• Freshly prepared at the time of your order;

• In accordance with the description on our website;

• Prepared in compliance with Dutch food safety standards (HACCP);

• Safe for consumption, taking into account any allergen information provided.

4. Grounds for a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, replacement, or credit in the following circumstances:

Incorrect order: If you receive products that are different from what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the incorrect item(s).

Missing items: If your order is incomplete, we will deliver the missing item(s) at no additional charge or provide a refund for the missing item(s).

Quality issues: If the product quality does not meet reasonable expectations (e.g., undercooked, spoiled, or not fresh), we will offer a replacement or a refund upon review.

Damaged during delivery: If products arrive in a damaged condition that makes them unsuitable for consumption, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

5. How to Report an Issue

To report an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery:

When reporting an issue, please provide the following information:

• Your order number or confirmation email;

• A description of the issue;

• Photographs of the product(s) in question (if applicable);

• Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or credit).

6. Review and Resolution

Upon receiving your complaint, we will review the issue and respond within 2 business days. We may request additional information or photographs to assess the complaint fairly.

Resolutions may include:

• A full or partial refund of the order amount;

• A replacement of the affected product(s), subject to availability;

• A credit toward a future order.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer to an account specified by the Customer, within 14 days of the resolution.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

• The Customer simply changed their mind after the order was confirmed and prepared;

• The complaint is made more than 24 hours after delivery without a valid reason;

• The product was consumed in its entirety before the complaint was made;

• The issue is caused by incorrect storage or handling by the Customer after delivery;

• The Customer provided incorrect delivery information that led to delayed delivery and product deterioration.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is received before the order preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible and the full order amount is due.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic disruptions, staff illness, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer an alternative delivery time or a full refund.
