2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• “Company” refers to Greek Irini, the operator of this website and provider of food and beverage products.

• “Customer” refers to any natural person who places an order through our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• “Order” refers to a request by the Customer to purchase products from the Company through the website.

• “Website” refers to the online platform operated by Greek Irini at [website URL].

• “Products” refers to food, beverages, and related items offered for sale on the website.

3. Scope and Applicability

This Distance Sales Agreement applies to all orders placed through our website by Customers located in the Netherlands. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

These terms comply with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Dutch consumer protection legislation, including the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

4. Product Information and Pricing

All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product delivered. All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (BTW) at the rate of 9% for food and beverages.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

5. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website 24 hours a day. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

1. The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.

2. The Customer reviews the order summary, including products, quantities, and total price.

3. The Customer provides the required delivery or pickup information.

4. The Customer confirms the order by clicking the order confirmation button.

5. The Customer receives an order confirmation via email.

An order is considered binding once the Customer receives the order confirmation email from the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

Payment for orders is made via Cash on Delivery (“Rembours”). The Customer pays the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery or pickup. The Company does not accept online payments at this time.

The Customer must have the exact or approximate amount available in cash at the time of delivery. The delivery person will provide change where possible.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available within the delivery area specified on the website. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a correct address and contact telephone number. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the Customer, the Customer remains liable for the order amount.

Risk of the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16 of the European Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal (“herroepingsrecht”) does not apply to:

• Products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life (such as food and beverages);

• Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery;

• Products that are, by their nature, irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery.

As our products consist of freshly prepared food and beverages, all orders are final and the right of withdrawal does not apply. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further details on complaints and quality issues.

9. Complaints

If the Customer has a complaint regarding an order, the Customer should contact the Company as soon as possible, and no later than within 24 hours of delivery, via email at info@greekirini.nl or by telephone. The Company will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.

The Customer may also submit a complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Liability

The Company is liable for the quality and safety of its products in accordance with applicable Dutch and European food safety regulations. The Company’s total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant order.

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer, late delivery caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control (force majeure), or allergic reactions to ingredients that were clearly listed in the product description.

11. Allergen Information

The Company provides allergen information for its products in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review the allergen information on the website or contact the Company directly before placing an order.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The amended terms will be published on the website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of publication. The Customer is advised to review these terms regularly.
